Suggested Uses



We suggest starting with one teaspoon and then, once your taste begins to adjust, 2 tablespoons per day:

Add to your morning smoothie

Smoothie suggestion:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or other berry of choice)
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 -2 ounces spinach (or other dark greens of choice)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Mark's Mix
  • 2 dates
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • blend well and enjoy


Sprinkle on cereal and oatmeal



Incorporate in hot chocolate


Sprinkle on yogurt and berries



Substitute for cocoa powder in baking
